TRAINING

The overall activity of the theater “Tsvete” is aimed at conducting civic education among young people. In its course each of them to build in a moral compass by which to find his/her and everyone other’s place in the world and to understand in where he/she is going and what kind of person wants to be; what could he/she contribute in building the desired society.

Today the discussions about moral values are too rare; so our team conducts training, hoping to find followers of our cause in the face of the participating actors.

Trainings for current and future teachers, social workers or artists who wish to refresh their teaching practice with effective and attractive game art techniques, run in a unique working atmosphere. The program for each of them is prepared according the specifics of the students the teachers-participants work with – age, origin, features, problems; regarding also the duration of the training, as well as whether it includes only youth workers or they participate jointly with their students.
According to the preliminary task, the program could be oriented to the development of personal qualities and skills of the students (creativity, attention, flexibility, agility of thought, speech, etc..) Or to develop social intelligence of children (communication, tolerance skills, teamwork, joint problem solving).
This type of training is suitable for professionals who work with young children or students with different SENs,

For those, who work with teenagers we recommend training in Forum theatre.
The purposes are building knowledge and skills for leading student groups aimed elaboration of forum theater performances.

Forum Theatre is an innovative approach to working with other groups, based techniques which are embedded the interactive theater. Interesting and challenging, it motivates young people to actively participate in resolving issues which concern them.

Participants receive training in all support materials for future activities and internet consulting

Trainings in forum theater for young volunteers (preferably – with at least one teacher) have to set up a youth team with skills for conducting non-formal civic education by peers. Students need support teacher to create continuity within the team and make the group’s constant.

Forum theater is a game in which the problem is shown in unauthorized form. Audience, which is also a participant in the show, is invited to offer and play solutions, while the replay of the show viewers take the role of the victim in a selected time and change his behavior in felicitous, in his way.

Forum theatre gives viewers an incredible chance to try in a safe environment different patterns of behavior in any problematic situations.

Participants expand their perception of the world, increase self-confidence and popularity among their peers, develop their creativity and social communication skills, acquire leadership skills.
