2016 - “The flying knight”

The performance was co-financed by the Sofia Program "Culture" in support of the candidacy of Sofia and the South-West Region European Capital of Culture - 2019 r.

The puppet show The Flying Knight presents the story of a boy with an unusually wild imagination. His classmates do not accept him because of his differences. And adults are mired in their own problems.

What is happening on the stage is familiar to the audience. Such jokes… But did everyone laugh?

Violence at school is already so common, that children get used to it, they begin not to notice it. Victims alone cannot get used to it. We teach kids the age of 7 to 12 years to recognize violence in its various forms and to defend each other. If they are silent and tolerate violence, the abuser believes, that he is invincible and repeats, and triples… and in response provokes aggression.
With this show we want to provoke children, parents and teachers to understand the personal responsibility of each to this huge problem - school violence.
